Our consulting services are professional, customized, and delivered based on specific client requirements. Due to the nature of consulting work, which involves time, expertise, and resources dedicated to each project, our return and refund policies differ from traditional product-based businesses.

Cancellation Policy

Before Project Commencement

Clients may cancel their engagement before the project officially begins and receive a full refund of any deposits or advance payments made, minus any administrative fees (not exceeding 10% of the total payment).

After Project Commencement

Once work has begun on a project, cancellations will be subject to charges for work completed up to the cancellation date. Clients will be billed for:

  • Hours worked by our consulting team
  • Resources allocated to the project
  • Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client
  • Deliverables completed or in progress

Notice Period

We require a minimum of 14 days written notice for project cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to additional fees to cover committed resources and scheduled work.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Services were not delivered as outlined in the signed agreement
  • Significant delays caused solely by Bregma Consulting LLC
  • Failure to meet agreed-upon deliverables without valid justification
  • Mutual agreement between both parties to terminate the engagement

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Completed work and delivered services
  • Time spent in meetings, consultations, and planning sessions
  • Research and analysis already conducted
  • Third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client
  • Custom reports, strategies, or intellectual property delivered to the client

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services or have concerns about billing, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues through open communication and mutual understanding.

Modifications to Services

If you wish to modify the scope of services after the project has begun, we will work with you to adjust the engagement terms. Any changes to the project scope may result in adjustments to fees and timelines, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before implementation.

Force Majeure

Bregma Consulting LLC shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule or adjust project timelines as appropriate.

Changes to This Policy

Bregma Consulting LLC reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage clients to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our practices.
